As a secondary business we also sell whole vehicles that are damaged but repairable.  These vehicles are known as rebuilders.  In Illinois, in order to purchase a rebuildable wreck you must be licensed by the Secretary of State as a rebuilder.

We also carry vehicles that we have been completely rebuilt.  These vehicles have been repaired with used parts, government inspected, and ready to drive at a very reasonable price.  Most of these vehicles are accompanied with a salvage title, and can usually be bought around the wholesale price.
